Folksy Acoustic Music at your next Party?

Prairie Fire consists of Holly Florek and Eddie Florek. These two diverse musicians came together in September of 1998 to form a unique combo. They are life-long residents of San Pedro and each has been playing and performing for many years.

Eddie Florek, who has been playing acoustic guitar for over 25 years, can play a wide spectrum of styles and does it all well.

Holly Florek, lead singer in the group, started out playing Scruggs style bluegrass over 20 years ago but can accompany her wide range of vocal styles on both banjo and guitar.

Both members of the duo are singers and songwriters as well as husband and wife. Although their music has a bluegrass flavor they take it from ballads to breakdowns to torch songs with their rich harmonies, clean acoustic sound and fun-loving drive.

Prairie Fire will “light up” any occasion from formal events to campfires.
